AHIT 8K SHARE ISSUANCE I re-read AHIT 8K and IMO seems likely IBRC will remain independent of AHIT and will be utilized as "marketing/sales channel." Reason for my assumption, if you notice on AHIT 8K, 10M shares total issued, several "key" people are important to note.

1.) William "Bill" Bills - 1.5M
4.) Michael Ogburn - 1M

Not real sure who will be appointed as CEO of IBRC, but my "guess" is maybe someone stepping down from AHIT? Have NO CLUE how this will impact IBRC.
