The TPG connection is a very interesting one given their emphasis on Cyber Security. Now R&G represents SFOR. Fascinating Captain!

Excellent Find ShortTornado! More TPG DD Follows

More connections and Pieces to the Puzzle. Wth TMG's acquisition of Mediware Information Systems with the help of R & G this maybe where the SFOR Ropes & Gray Connection came from.

Bear with me for some Phenomenal Facts, and Theroy that is all IMO.
More Basic Addition ?

SFOR/ACD's Dealings with McAfee (whatever they maybe) places TPG with the Ultimate MFA Soultion for HIPPA Compliance since much of it's investments is in Healthcare, with investments in 55 Heathcare Companies.

TPG Capital (Texas Pacific Group) is an American investment company, it is one of the largest private equity investment firms in the world, focused on leveraged buyouts, growth capital and leveraged recapitalization investments in distressed companies and turnaround situations.

TPG has one of the most experienced healthcare investment teams in private equity. With more than $10 billion invested in healthcare, over $8.5 billion of that in the past decade, TPG has investments in the sector ranging from pharmaceutical companies to technology and data providers that are aligning with secular growth trends or building innovative solutions to emerging challenges. Some of their investments across the world have included EnvisionRx, Evolent Health, Healthscope, IMS Health, Par Pharmaceutical, Quintiles, Surgical Care Affiliates, and Sutures India. Throughout the investment cycle, we work collaboratively across TPG Capital, TPG Growth, TPG Biotech, and TPG Capital Asia to identify opportunities across platforms for our portfolio companies.

Let's go one step further in requiring the Ultimate need in a MultiFactor Authntication FFEIC Compliance So let's add :

FINANCIAL SERVICES

TPG provides capital, industry expertise, and support to leaders and businesses that are transforming the financial services landscape. From being the first foreign firm to own a South Korean commercial bank to investing in microlending platforms in India and Indonesia, we have leveraged our global resources and relationships to support cutting-edge businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Companies in which we have invested include American Beacon, Everbank, Saxo Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank, Shriram City Union Finance, The Warranty Group, and Union Bank of Colombo. All toll it has 17 Investments in Financial Sevices.

Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas and San Francisco, TPG has additional offices in Europe, Asia, Australia and other parts of North America.

With so much has invested in HealthCare and Financial Services, What a few Billion $$$$$$$$$$ to Aquire Strike Force and it's Patents. It could probably recoup the Buyout price with Its Legal LawFirm Ropen & Gray. TPG is probably funding SFOR's Legal Representation.

Much in the same way MSFT is backing Corporate Customer's in Patent Litigation as their New Marketing Campaign to draw Business in this New Highly Competitive Field of Cyber Security.

If anything above sounds like Hype, that is not it's Intention, but merely one DD Theroy out of many Possible.

Can anyone else come up with plausible Theron on why such a Lonooong Delay in announcements on what been Quoted as "Major Major Deals" ?

$TPG $INTC $SFOR/$ACS That's a very interesting find. Since SFOR/ACS is working with Intel/Intel Security (Mcafee), where TPG is taking majority stake (51%) [ Deal Closing in 2nd Q of 2017 ], and by default TPG will be acquiring Products/Business using SFOR patents so I am just wondering if TPG Capital has any role to bring ROPES & GRAY to join forces with SFOR to nail these big guns?

Ropes & Gray - Pioneer in IP taking SFOR cases is a very very significant development- Investors should not underestimate this significant event.
