Now that the court cases are supposedly over and settled, isn't the excuse for not filing gone? Or is there a new one now?

Utterly ridiculous!! Based on the average daily volume, it would take 10,000 days to turn over the float just once! Or, once every 40 years!!

No one is making any money because once a person gets in, they cannot get out because the volume is nearly non-existent. If one thinks they can take comfort because .007 or .006 or .005 is more than what they paid, they are foolishly lying to themselves. Because they can't sell it and they can't borrow against. The average sale on the upside is in such a small amount that commissions more than offset any possible gains.

IFUS is the very definition of dead money.

The fact of the matter is that the stock price hasn't gone anywhere in a long time now. This is like a soap opera! Where are some financials or some transparency from the horse's mouth. Only then would I believe this train is on the tracks.
