currently on watch for an 8k filing confirming closure of a stock purchase agreement, or SPA. this will legally verify that ONCOLIX is in control of this clean shell with a very low share count. this will likely be the next catalyst.

already, directors from ONCOLIX are listed as directors of AEPP, as of about two days ago at OTCMarkets, which is where these shares are listed.
this is a big deal, and is practically confirmation of closing.

then, probable next catalyst will likely be favorable PHASE I TRIAL RESULTS. and that will be the game changer/zip changer/attitude changer.
