It was a $500,128 share dump of 83,216 shares at 16:00:00 ET. It went through at $6.01 when bid was $6.02

It would be interesting to see how many orders it took from the bid to fill that one trade.

Seems to me, it is possible Biogen didn't get its way with buying Anavex on the cheap and are accumulating at a ferocious rate and our CEO is protecting our company with the poison pill. Stranger things have happened. I am convinced we have the goods and believe we could not have a better CEO. Kind of like a David and Goliath. Remember who won that battle. The excitement is about to begin, IMO.
