Product available means exactly what I said. Design complete, a product that is ready to be sold, and is fully capable of being produced. My company just launched a new product and it takes us 10 weeks to build it. They are not sitting on a shelf but we are actively quoting/selling, and soon to be distributing. Does not happen over night.
