Until they actually have orders of sufficient quantity to justify production of more than their current "samples", there is no reason to produce anything.
And investors should be wary. They could claim "orders", but these could be merely "booked" orders, which never turn into real revenue.
And the federal trade commission (FTC) may have some concern about the so-called "water clusters" bogus technology, as they have gone after companies that tout product claiming science that does not exist. There are many co's that have touted this same fake technology.
Science and bioscience has proven these claims as snake oil salesman tactics each time.
