we desrve to know the terms of the recent financing and to know if anything toxic is going on

if it is straight forward we could buy it all and help the company

vndm can be toxic (to be fair do see more and more that they are retail) - and somtimes a real bad seller (professionally speaking)

my fund will not touch anymore until I get a real answer on terms for recent financing
