my suggestion to you is to email the company and see if they are willing to talk to you rather then guessing here....
the whole purpose of taking your company public is to raise money to grow and develop
your post is saying that "VNDM can be toxic"
i am not going to argue with you as to whether or not VNDM is going to be toxic here or not....
imo, that is not an argument that is worth its time....
the bigger picture here is the REVENUES that this company ALREADY HAS
and whether or NOT, those REVENUES will CONTINUE to DEVELOP and GROW
in the warranty insurance business, REVENUES are usually RESIDUAL'ed,
meaning, they CONTINUE TO COME IN, EVERY MONTH
REVENUES ARE STABLE, and when they ADD ON NEW ACCOUNTS, the revenues CONTINUE TO INCREASE
just because you saw VNDM on the ask for a small amount of shares, it is not fair to automatically say TOXIC FINANCING....
but , that is up to you
I know some people that see VNDM and they automatically stop investing money - that is their rule....
the thing is, they dont last long because they LOSE OUT ON HUGE RUNS
imo , this has A MEGA RAMA WAKA TAKA run coming :)
and nothing is going to deny it
