Ok, this may be a stretch but I believe that the decision to sell has already been made and now they are working on the contract/transfer of money and company.
I think that the "will" is the giveaway here. The word "Will" instead of "would" is stating when we are finished and it is all said and done, the management, development and assembly team WILL remain intact.
Was this a typo or was it intentionally worded that way???
