R/S makes completely no sense with this current share structure. Just not happening and no reason to even mention such.

Yes, OS did increase, but 66% locked in Redman's hands to maintain majority control of AEPP. Those shares aren't going anywhere, so the float still remains at the level it is now.

You're obviously not looking at this scenario correctly.
