I can't seem to think of a single reason why they would takeover a shell to go public if the drug did poorly in the trials. In fact, it suggests just the opposite to me.
It takes money to go through clinical trials. They are definitely looking for financing and going public is a great way to finance their operations. This is a perfect shell for them to do it with too. Low SS and no debt.
Never mention R/S. There's no reason to mention that. To even fathom that is absurd. The OS is 33 million. That is entirely too small for that to ever be a consideration.
