If everything had actually been valued into the share price, it would not continue falling every day. Already down almost 8% today, and currently trading at a new 52-week low.

Your wrong about being factored in to SP. This surely was a major cause of the fall today by people not fully aware of past history.

GTE is not a value stock in my opinion, there is high risk here, therefore there is potential for high reward. this talk about PPS is getting old, we need good news real soon.
