Max Sound is currently in legal proceedings with Google? Where? There does seem to have been some activity on March 1st but has a new claim been filed? If this is public knowledge I've missed it.
As I think you know, Max Sound is not a party in the German nullity proceeding, or the IPR, or the EA action. Which current legal proceeding between Max Sound and Google are you referring to?
By the way, thank you for explaining that a private placement might proceed an IPO. I think I knew this but refreshers are always appreciated.
