Perhaps not new...but for all those here who hang their hats on the notion that "hidden assets" can't exist can simply go suck it. Im only BUMPing his post because it is clear and concise text for those deniers of "other" assets....

That means as per the press release, escrows might not receive any thing.But DCR will issue LTIs to escrows or sell those LTIs and pay cash, eventually IMHO.
