None of the info on the OTC site are working.

The phone number is disconnected- Call yourself
The website is long gone. The email obviously bounce.

So I am not sure what verifid means by OTC.
I have sent an email to OTC and SEC.
But I doubt anyone will respond.
If they do I will post here.
