They kicked the SEC can down the road until mid-summer at least, but it costs money to keep appealing the case and this company hasn't got any money.
When/if they throw in the towel on the SEC case, they will have to cough up around $2 million within 21 days, and they don't HAVE two million dollars. When financials come out in two weeks, we'll see just how little cash they have and how much deeper in debt they sank in Q4.
