What makes you think he "needs" anything bigger than the board he already has?
What is his advantage to having LQMT relisted as long as he is making money and he has no trouble raising money.
i would suggest that he will continue his own success in arranging financing and has no need at all to raise money on the US stock exchanges.
Pretty much, Lugee Li is a private guy, not so much a public guy, and I don't think he wants to share as much of his own wealth as much as you want to live off of his.
Just my opinion. No need to get all bundled up.
