If MyDx loses dilution will continue. That is very unlikely though, because of what Phoenix was trying to do in turning $1M worth of debt into $7M worth of shares.

Elephant in the room: What will happen if they didn't win the case?

Shares will head back down to .001 levels until toxic debt is gone, then head back up. Sucks for short term.
