Angelo....they paid out a 1.2 million dollar bonus for Keppra according to their year end. it was in the form of cost adjustment and I believe it was given in stock if I am not mistaken, it stated it was given as a bonus for achieving an approval and then went on to say the bonus program was ratified by shareholders to continue thru 2018. its a logical assumption they mean bonuses will continue for approvals achieved through 2018. they clearly intend to pay out bonuses for something until 2018 or why else mention it? an approval is a logical reason.
