if they get approval, we owe millions in bonuses. what good are they if they can't get commercialized other than costing us more money?

I'm assuming this is again an assumptions on your part... that because the work force was granted bonuses for achieving a milestone (first ANDA approval... Focalin came first but that was a joint effort with PAR rather than IPCI's own)... every ANDA thereafter will be considered a milestone and IPCI will pass out bonuses like candy.

Did they give out bonuses for Seroquel??? Glucophage??? not sure... I'm asking... but don't recall any mention of it.

Keppra is a limited opportunity and put on the back shelf so that time and monetary resources can be applied where best returns are available... does not mean it has no value.

I have 2 kids... one requires greater time resources than the other... therefore... I should put the other kid out with the trash!

Anyway... DO YOU KNOW AS FACT that there will be bonuses passed around on all future ANDA approvals??? if you don't know it as FACT... please state that it's an ASSUMPTION on your part!
