Box Office Websites make no claim to having all data. They rely on what's reported to them. Distributors decide when, and if they wish to participate in disseminating proprietary data. It's reasonable to speculate sales have continued while such data has NOT been reported in over a year, and foolish to claim otherwise.

That is correct, they have no agenda for or against MHYS and as such, they are not tracking MHYS earnings or any other kind either. They(being at least one, and I'm sure if I wasted my time looking would more than likely find the disclaimer on both, "box office mojo" and "the numbers" websites; of which are apparently the only two reputable sources to be relied upon for purpose of the MHYS board), are also not necessarily reporting box office earnings, nor any other sales i.e.: PPV, Rentals, etc.; for MHYS movies or any other for that matter. And they specifically state that FACT on their website as a footnote if one tries searching for movie sales of a specific date and search results come back unlisted.

Mattter of fact, based on the way it was stated, they don't even seek out any numbers, they only post numbers when they are given to them by other companies. And since there is a constant turnover of movies in theaters; unless it is a cult classic or absolute top earner, as time goes by, even strongly successful movies will stop being reported on; as even though they are still earning significant residuals for their owners; as this is very much an out with the old, in with the new industry and to keep up with residuals that every movie earns would be a monumental waste of time and effort for most companies. So therefore as pretty as it looks in the MHYS Ibox, figures posted on these websites are most certainly not up to date or accurate by any stretch of the imagination, however any such figures that are there were reported at some point so therefore can safely be stated as absolute minimum figures but are most likely highly understated at that, and cannot be relied upon to be claimed as accurate factual up to date numbers here or anywhere else.

Now, we all see the link where MHYS was investigated and then all MHYS insider's good names cleared by the SEC; but where is the link that has any shred of evidence that the CEO has personally been indicted and tried, much less convicted for illegal stock manipulation for personal gain? Which, would in turn, justify slandering him as a crook? And Excluding short term shareholders of MHYS that hold nothing after their trade, of which could actually be viewed as thieves in their own right as they have stolen MHYS shareholder equity and left it worse for the wear when they are gone; so are not actual shareholders and therefore don't count as real shareholders; so exactly where is he quoted as saying he doesn't care about real shareholders?

As a matter of fact if one uses the general behavior of known pink sheet pump and dump fraudsters that get away with their crimes for a while before getting caught by shell jumping, or constantly R/S'ing whilst they change company name and business model to fit the latest hot fad as they burn through the share structure for the umpteenth time, to be used as the comparison scale; this CEO doesn't even come close. Because if he did MHYS would have started selling pot, oil, Ebola scanners, or be mining gold with the polar bears on the ice caps; R/S'd and sold back down three times since the original time it hit no bid. But instead he has stayed the course and good, bad, or mediocre; is still releasing movies into the market as they get completed.

In fact, he defended an already raped share structure in court to preserve existing shareholder's interest; ultimately settled out of court and paid the first $100,000.00 installment of the settlement, to the "business partners" that appear to have stabbed him in the back, out of his own pocket. How many short term shareholders that turned a heavy profit at the company's expense; in the handful of 800-1500% gain rape and runs that materialized during the heavy dilution bestowed upon the company by creditors; sent him so much as a single nickel in gratuity for releasing all the PRs that he released around that time that fueled their profits as they raped the company's shareholder equity? I would venture to say not a single one.

That said, I wouldn't say he has no clue, I'd say, at this point he most likely has a much deeper understanding of how the game really works and is most likely working behind the curtain to correct his previous ignorance, if one can call it that, as he moves forward. And I'm sure he felt the real meaning of "we got your back Jack" with that hearty handshake at the lunch meeting and contract signing, just to have the company and its share structure betrayed as it got pillaged for profit by the same guy that shook hands with him as business partners a few short months before.

And, I don't know who this "Shorty" character is that you keep referring to. Perhaps it's a code name for an insider? I don't see anyone named shorty on the MHYS board of directors though. But I wouldn't say that nothing isn't trying to keep this down, or perhaps trying to kill off MHYS entirely; but purely from a logical standpoint, I would say that those that can see past the smoke and fire into the much bigger picture(probably including the CEO himself);really appreciate all the time and efforts wasted on it.

Because good, bad or middle of the road(heck even bad movies bring in money somewhere in the world over time); movies are actively entering the market in spite of where the share structure currently stands, so it's oppression has clearly not been preventing the progress of movie productions and any revenues that may come with it, but is preventing any further dilution to the current share structure so although some may disagree, "keeping it down" like this right now or pretending that it is "done" is definitely beneficial to current shareholders here and is actually providing the best protection MHYS could ask for until further notice. And what makes it even more amazing is it's essentially a free service that's not costing the company a thing. So, a sincere thanks to all the pointless hours spent compiling MHYS DD facts(even all the inaccurate false, and misleading ones, as every bit helps buy time here), all are much appreciated.
