There's no reason for that to be in place any longer...if it really is. All someone has to do is send the updated SEC filings to Canadian regulators...if they haven't. Don't I remember that the CFO is a Canadian or has an office there?
Maybe DECN doesn't care if it's hard or impossible to trade in Canada.
