That's just a yogurt dispensing machine. You put your own toppings on it and then pay a cashier. They've (that kind of machine) been around forever. I remember taking the grandkids to it when they were small.

Yogurtland lol, I've watch two of these types of business go out of business a few months after opening in two different cities. My local cities.
