Update: Ken Williams holds no position in MDCN and operates in no official capacity.
Ken Williams actions are not valid. His removal is finalized from all positions. Please don’t participate in any attempts he makes to distort the corporations standing as we continue to clean and clear his mis guidance of MDCN.

We are aggressively removing all false SEC filings in questions. Our goals are to return back to solid trading with more positive partners and investors. Possibly. Some people who post to this forum say EGOH's K.W. is MDCN's K.W.. However, at least via google, it's virtually impossible to find independent verification that they are the same person.

However, recent financials for EGOH posted to otcmarkets have Ken's actual signature on them. If you can find something from MDCN with Ken's actual signature, then you can compare the handwriting. (So far, what I've looked at for MDCN doesn't have actual signatures.)
