I find that to be nearly delusional speculation.... everyone is just going on this guy's word..... there isn't that much more substance here. a toxic financing deal and short behavior post merger, in addition to constant delays..... is a problem and needs to be addressed now.

I cannot tell you how many times I have lost money when someone used those words. Maybe a dozen?

You don't "get" the shorts. They get you. That is what they do. They are incredibly well-connected, have very deep pockets, and have been doing this for decades.
