How can anyone think that CVSU would do a reverse merger and not know about the FHAL toxic financing? This will likely turn out to be a non-event but it is one heck of a tool for the bashers.

Since you are so good at theories, what if this is also working out for Mr. Harris because it gives the shorts confidence to continue shorting and bashing, but in reality, it has already been dealt with and not a factor now?

He is out to get the shorts. Why would he reveal his hand?
