I can only think of a few reasons why the presentation was on, off, on, and off again.
1. They finally received PKPD data and want to add to the presentation.
2. They could be in discussion with BP for either a partnership or BO, and BP wants the data/presentation withheld until they hammer out a deal.
3. The data is shitty after the Ariana analysis (though this one doesn't really make sense, since the original poster indicated favorable improvement from the 12 month data).

Can anyone think of any other reason(s) why it has been on/off/on/off?

Hold on. The email was NOT from anavex ir. My understanding is that this was an exchange with adpd organizers. Ir would probably give a standard answer saying that if they were presenting it would be on their event page
