It would theoretically beat living in Negativeland. Zealandia is one of Earth's last frontiers. The current revolution in medicine recognizes that plants, through the quantum properties of photosynthesis, hold the power, while Big Pharma's synthetics are largely crap. In the case of TCEL, even if it is a vacant shell at present, who owns the stock controls the company, and there is plant DNA in the submerged land mass of Zealandia that will come to light and grow again. I for one find that mind-blowing.
