Thanks for posting. I was not aware of that. I like INNI and its potential. At first I was wondering if a new direction was coming, but now I guess I'm 50/50 that the new CEO just might be getting ready to fire up their previous operations which seemed to have done very well in the past.

The Clients for INNI includes McDonalds, Whirlpool, Shell, PRAXAIR, Herman Miller, Saint-Gobain, Avery Dennison, Hallmark, and White Wave. This can be confirmed from the INNI website below:

Company restructured only debt last years and wasn´t in business.

I believe Asa was responsible to restructure debt. Loomis was only on board of directors since 2014.

Question is, why did Loomis take over if there is not a plan for the future?

Looking at his resume, i doubt he would do it.
