Thanks for the math lesson.

I was trying to show relative HR stats where a player with low # of HRs won the MVP.

I wasn't trying to correct you. I just felt the Larkin's 15 HR would be comparable to Jeter's totals at season's end.

However, SSKILL71 did say that a guy with 12 HRs can't be considered the best player in baseball.

So if Jeter wins the MVP with 14 HRs, it flows.
