Can't build a company without spending money. It's all relative.

I agree with you that investing in pinksheets is a definate gamble. To a degree, investing in any public entity is a gamble whether big or small.

It seems the company is on the right track and my odds are getting better for my comfort.

The Stockwire guy was given some huge amount of shares for his promo CD and profile of LYJN, but I believe he still claims not to have sold a single share of it and claims to have around $325K in the company.

Here's Stockwire's Profile Compensation for LYJN as of today:

49 Lyric Jeans, Inc.
Coverage Period: March 27, 2006 - Present
Company Symbol: LYJN
Compensation: Stockwire Research Group, Inc. purchased in a private placement, three million shares of Lyric Jeans, with an eighteen month leakout agreement. We were also paid two hundred thousand dollars for the cost of creating and distributing two hundred thousand Stockwire Multimedia Report discs, with the option to extend that to any given number. We have also purchased six hundred seventy thousand shares in the open market. We have yet to sell any shares.
