Sure,you can't build a company without spending money,,,but it's about where you put that money.lets spend money on product not some lame ass pennystock promotion company who has already sold all their shares.In fact,I'd say to go to Stockwire and OTCReporter and look at the companies they have promoted and look at a chart and see what their record looks like,,you will not be impressed.
