Hey Lc3ltd, its Green Dolphin...

I don't have any inside skinny on what is going on

I do check on PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) at least twice a week on the court case with the FTC

I have yet to find anything new since December 22

I keep hearing rumors about a settlement, and rumors about orders for house wrap, but nothing has materialized

I continue to hold my core holdings, things could change for the better any day

If I find out anything public, I will post it here
