A Rs typically happens for 2 reasons. First is bc they run out of authorized shares from toxic dilution and have to free up the authorized shares again so the toxic debt guys can pound it back down

2 is bc they are planning to uplist or do a more traditional financing like a secondary

Since there is no toxic debt left and only 1B issued out of 10B authorized, there is no reason to do a reverse split anytime soon
