From VDRM IR >> "As for the patents, they were filed as provisional patents in December. I do not have the patent numbers but I will see if I can get them and send them to you. It usually takes a couple of months for the USPTO to show newly filed patents on their website, so they may or may be showing just yet, but will be very soon if they are not.
