WRONG!!! Just like it was yesterday and the day before that. Both the CEO and the PROXY holder both stated TPAC WILL be doing a R/S. Its just a matter of when.

DD would be a good idea here. The company has stated they are currently behind a proxy held by Sphere International. No company updates or revenue will be on any TPAC documents"filings" until after the reconstruction period. The reconstruction ends 2019. Absolutely no reason this will run till then since there will be 0 catalyst to produce a run.
