Good point, but his presentation on April 1 is one day after $500,000 due on March 31st. Please consider the following.

(c) payment, on the earlier of March 31, 2017 or the third business day after any new funding raise by the Company, of $500,000 plus accrued interest through the stated maturity of the Notes at 7% per annum, with a commensurate Bond retirement to occur upon the fulfillment of all obligations under the repurchase agreement;

March 30, 2017 is the absolute latest submission date a phase III planned analysis can complete data for ASCO LBA. AKA: one business day from March 31.

(d) payment, on April 19, 2017, of $2,000,000, plus accrued interest through the stated maturity of the Notes at 7% per annum, with retirement of $2,000,000 of bonds

Mid April (last time I called ASCO they had no specific date yet) is when abstract titles are released, including those titles of late breaking abstracts -- according to the person I spoke with. Note: April 17th is a Monday (aka: abstract titles likely released one to three business days before April 19.)

payment, on May 20, 2017, of $2,500,000 plus accrued interest through the stated maturity of the Notes at 7% per annum, with retirement of $2,500,000 of bonds;

May 17th, 2017 is the Friday full non-late-breaking-abstracts are released. May 20, 2017 is the following Monday. AKA: one business day from May17.

(e) payment, on June 20, 2017, of $5,500,000 plus accrued interest through the stated maturity of the Notes at 7% per annum, with retirement of $5,500,000 of bonds,; and

Can't figure this one out, because ASCO only goes until June 6th. So, because they do not know what ASCO will bring, could instead fit timing for topline OS, or an announcement by NICE's new ATA, or gives time from ASCO for NWBO to find alternative funding if necessary.

Anyway, not to minimize Dr. Prin's upcoming presentation, which as you point out, could have some hidden gems in it about beginning new trials, etc. I'm just looking at dates for possible funding and bills.

You will be wrong once again about AACR and ASCO. And I will be right about the dilution necessary to pay the notes as they come due. The market has no confidence in NWBO, their management, or their science. The price action today reflects that.
