TA software like that...

I'd love to see a demonstration of it.

That would really be interesting for me to look at, and see how sophisticated all the bells and whistles are, how complex the whole system is.

A simple program would probably be just the Fibonacci, an Elliott wave pattern, maybe pivot points,thats about half the process I do manually.
If it includes Gann ,and Fib arcs, and several time frames, and all the support /resistance points, pivot ponts, Ichimoku cloud ,and a few other things, and then it has the capacity to examine it all in creative and intuitive ways....that's what I do.

I went and looked up that Recognia software website, and they got all kind of things to show that theyre selling. I clicked on a few things and got this....thought it was interesting to take a look at and I found this interesting.

They use this stock chart as a promo example, but they really should not. unless they were saying it was a good candidate for a short,but I don't think that's what theyre saying.



In this example of GFF....they said the chart they were looking at was in some kind of bullish triangle ready to rally higher. As soon as I looked at that triangle....my thought was the opposite, its a wave 4 resistance bounce waiting to get hammered down to a lower target step like 11 or lower.

Then I went to stockcharts and looked at what it actually did....



Moral of the story....its hard to create a computer program that can see as well as an educated analyst. In all my years of training myself, Ive come to discover that beyond the technical knowledge ,which is important, there is also the intuitive creative ability to see the whole picture and all of its parts,in some way that shows extra clues. the extra clues comes from years of study and the trained eye develops almost an organic feeling, an ability to see the magnetic energies as well as the mathematic points. Ive developed that ability now.
