Cali's testing law does not take effect until Jan 2018, but Oregon and some other states already have mandatory testing on every 5-10lbs of MJ grown... If you grow 1000lbs, you will need 100-200 tests (depending on state) and each one has to pass the strict standards, or it will be confiscated by the Gov and burned.
