Actually that information is incorrect. He just posted 2 days ago there in deed will be a reverse split.

With respect to a reverse split and the consideration thereof, it makes no sense for us to do a reverse split without significant revenue and consistent good news. Should we do one now, I am certain that those same people who destroyed the relationship with one of our customers and tried to do the same with a partner, would gather their forces to beat the stock back down so that they could flip it like they do now. We are in a bad neighborhood and will only move out when we are certain that we are moving up and out and will not return. We will position the company so that the bashers and complainers move on and away from TPAC. So while we are, and always have considered a reverse split, the parameters of the RS haven't changed.

You are the one here hyping that this thing is about to pop. Please enlighten the rest of us as to your conviction. Massive, never-ending dilution is one of many reasons this is never going anywhere. Another reason is this company has ZERO credibility after several pump and dump efforts. So, short of Boeing announcing they are actually doing business with TCRAP, nothing Billy Boy promises or hints about will have any effect.

Please, enlighten us then as to why you are convinced this is going to pop.

The CEO says many thing that are untrue, for instance that the SOS was paid when they were not. Not to forget his Boeing claim for years, its merely his way of insinuating something will happen that has NOT.

This is the OTC, the CEO can claim they're acquiring some bazillion dollar company too, it does not mean it's truthful, accurate, or anything other than a bunch of nonsense.
