The last filing on the mississippi secretary of state website shows no change in share structure.

Albeit, this was from February 2016.

Of course one can't be sure, but based off the daily trading volume he has not diluted "billions" of shares -as one poster suggested.

No news + No dilution = big ? for me

I'm going to hold and buy until the mystery is solved.

For those that have seen the movie "the big short" . IMO Marco is going to end up being viewed like Michael Berry by his long time investors .

He is going to make everyone a VERY sizable sum of money but his investors are still going to be put off cause of the lack of communication throughout the process .
