Nice! I have to do all of my buying with cash. I am a Union Electrician and all of my retirement funds (pensions, 401K, and annuity) are not accessible to me. We can't self appropriate. Probably a good thing, otherwise you would have a lot of construction workers doing some bad investing and losing all of their retirement!
