Bankruptcy reorg plan will be filed before 3/29. It will request to cancel shares, but that's when the negotiations start with the OEC lawyer when shareholders object. Look for a competing plan from the OEC lawyer where value is spread to everyone including shareholders. This is why we need to donate the the youcaring site. Just the news of a competing plan should double the shares. Like I said, if we fall to $0.04, I'll max my credit cards and go all in.
