Let's say you give him the benefit of the doubt and he's only incompetent. He then must have done zero DD on the Knori person.

However, I knew when he was posting here in the manner he was that he probably didn't deserve any credibility. He definitely should either way be sanctioned by the SEC and not allowed to publicly promote additional companies. He was paid well and I cannot find where any revenues were generated. I guess now that this "deal" fell through LIBE will resume the former debts? Not sure how all that will work out. CEO's pay should in some way be tied to revenues - perhaps not profits since start ups may not generate any for a while. But selling shares and notes to keep feeding yourself is beyond bad.
