Imo, there is a reason why Schreiber has not sold since Feb 7...rem he previously sold over 3M of his shares at .012 pps, on average.... do you wonder why in the world he is not dumping when the bid is .015???? I'm just saying... I am sure the company wants to put Schreiber's issue aside and move forward just as much as we do....based on what I have been observing, I think the company is trying to settle this matter as quickly as possible... just my thoughts...but I believe we will get some update soon.. Still no financials their is some kind of rule that if you do not file in a certain amount of time you get thrown off the exchange and become a pink sheets stock.
