If I was in your shoes I would think it's coincidental as well. However it's not me, it was a genuine question. Although it did upset me seeing all those shares being sold at .9. and that my money is tied up in other stocks to buy those shares especially considering the private placement was at .10/share. Would be a steal in my opinion.
