Here's the link to KGW Portland video

Here's the link to the video at the KGW (NBC affiliate in Portland) website:

Watch to the end, as it gives both Knori's and Conway's responses to calls from the station.

There's a legal filing on the door. It's partially obscurred, so I can't tell where it's been filed, but it appears that ICON Owner Pool 3 West, LLC (probably the owner or leasing company of the property,) is listed as the plaintiff, so perhaps Ecocab didn't pay the rent.

After today's close, LIBE filed an amended 8-K, which contained the following:

On March 6, 2017, we terminated all of the foregoing agreements based upon breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent inducement, fraud in the factum, negligent misrepresentation, misrepresentation, contractual interference, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and conversion, all of which were perpetrated by Ron Knori, individually, and in his capacity as manager of EcoCab.

Sounds like there's a lawsuit coming, and Conway will be able to keep collecting his $144K/year while it procedes.

Too bad there wasn't a way to get the SEC to shut this down, because LIBE will need cash to pay the lawyers, and that means more convertible notes and fresh bagholders.

Conway was quoted as saying "I needed to teach them a valuable lesson about saving for a rainy day"..
