I've purchased shares on the open market. If you want to try and qualify for the private placement offering email the company(net assets of 1 to 2 million dollars). Private placements have a 6 month restriction for trading but you do have exercisable warrants you can purchase up to 2 years after warrants reach their strike price. Check with the company for exact details.
