Unless they are part of the conspiracy that has had a boot on PPHM's throat. In that case, they now have 22 million shares to unload at the end of March to ensure that PPHM doesn't reach a dollar. That is my, potentially irrational, fear. But then again, I have been gut-punched so many times by PPHM every time things start to look positive, that my natural reaction is to expect the worst!
